Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving your claim. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
