Orders are dispatched within 24-72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is free on all orders.

• Australia: 7 to 15 business days
• New Zealand: 7 to 15 business days
• Rest of world: 7 to 21 business days

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, email glossrescue@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
