Products & Pricing

We do our best to describe products accurately. Colours and results may vary depending on the condition of your paint. Prices are in Australian Dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

Use of Products

GlossRescue products are for the cosmetic restoration of vehicle paint. Always follow the application guide and safety instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions. Products & Intended Use

All products sold by GlossRescue are designed for automotive use only and must be applied strictly in accordance with the instructions provided.

Results may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle condition
  • Surface preparation
  • Application technique
  • Environmental conditions (including temperature and humidity)

We are not responsible for product failure, damage, or unsatisfactory results caused by:

  • Incorrect or improper application
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Use on unsuitable surfaces
  • Application in unsuitable environmental conditions

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, is owned by GlossRescue and may not be reused without permission.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for products that are damaged on arrival or defective due to a manufacturing fault. No refunds are provided for issues caused by incorrect application or environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GlossRescue's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlossRescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability, where permitted by law, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or high-volume periods.

GlossRescue is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
